Meet the President:
Nancy Branton, M.A., PCC, has led her coaching, training, and consulting business for 10 years. Her previous work experience includes 18 years as an internal organization coach, development consultant, trainer, and 12 years as a Human Resources Director and Assistant Director. She has a Master's Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Nancy is the 2010 recipient of the Jules Kerlan Lifetime Achievement Award which recognized her lifetime contributions to the field of career development.
At Workplace Coach Institute, she is the CEO. Also, she is the Lead Instructor and Mentor Coach for the Certified Leadership & Talent Management Coach training program.
At Career Management Alliance, she serves on their Executive Master Team as the Human Resources Master.
At Woodbury Lutheran Church, she is the founder, past leader, and speaker for their "Career Connections Group."
