Meet the President:
Nancy Branton has led her coaching, training, and consulting business for eight years. Her previous work experience includes 18 years as an internal organization coach, development consultant, trainer, and 12 years as a Human Resources Director and Assistant Director. She has a Master's Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology.
At Leadership Coach Academy, she is the Leadership & Talent Management Program Director where she coordinates the Thought Leader Teleforum and is lead instructor for the Certified Leadership & Talent Management Coach training program. At Career Coach Academy, she is an instructor for the Certified Career Management Coach training program. She is the Program Director for the Assessment Academy.
At Career Masters Institute , she serves on their Executive Master Team as the Human Resources Master.
At Woodbury Lutheran Church, she is on the "Christian Leadership Forum" planning committee. Also, she is the founder, past leader, and speaker for their "Career Connections Group."
